PawPass Subscription – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the PawPass Subscription Service provided by Pawpass. By signing up to PawPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. What is PawPass

PawPass is a subscription-based service offering eligible customers access to exclusive benefits, discounts, priority booking, or bundled services as outlined at the time of subscription. Benefits may vary and are subject to availability.

 

3. Eligibility

 

PawPass is available to customers aged 18 or over. By subscribing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

 

4. Subscription Fees & Payments

 

• PawPass is billed on a monthly or annual basis (as selected at sign-up).
• Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
• Payments are taken automatically using your chosen payment method.
• Prices are subject to change; however, you will be notified in advance of any price increases.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your PawPass subscription.

5. Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period

• You may cancel your PawPass subscription at any time.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for part-used subscription periods unless required by law.
• If you cancel during a free trial (if offered), you must do so before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

 

6. Use of PawPass Benefits

• PawPass benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered customer and their registered pets.
• Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit or withdraw benefits if misuse is suspected.

7. Changes to Services or Benefits

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, replace, or withdraw PawPass benefits at any time
• Temporarily suspend services due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Health, Safety & Behaviour

All pets must be:

• Healthy, vaccinated (where applicable), and suitable for the service booked
• Non-aggressive and safe to handle

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet poses a risk to staff, other animals, or themselves.

9. Liability

• Illness, injury, or loss unless caused by proven negligence
• Pre-existing medical or behavioural conditions
